 Continue to work on your Final Project. Review the information about your selected organization and the analysis you have completed so far. Write paper presenting a plan to guide the organization out of its difficulties. The paper should have the following:
Summary of aspects of the difficulties the organization is facing that you plan to address
Analysis of how leadership can resolve the difficulties, supported by theory
Description of actions you recommend for the leadership and how they will work
The paper should be two pages and in APA style. Write the paper in a Word document.
Compose your work in a .doc or .docx file type using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word, etc.) and save it frequently to your computer. For those assignments that are not written essays and require uploading images or PowerPoint slides, please follow uploading guidelines provided by your instructor.
Check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors. When you are ready to submit your work, click “Submit Assignment” in the upper right corner.
