The company has resolved to implement key process changes since we comprehend that its survival and success depend on how we respond to the cataclysm unleashed by media and climatic change. The company endeavors to attain longterm prosperity and build a foundation that protects the workers, citizens, and the globe. The firm’s ongoing policy ensures that the company operates under an eco-friendly ecology and retains employees to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Besides, the company policy ensures that we adhere to statutory and regulatory compliance. As a result, the company will secure a strong and wider customer base and enhance long-term sustainability and profitability (Ojiambo, 2020). It is the objective of the company to demonstrate leadership, responsibility, and commitment towards integrating and maintaining the quality management system as an obligation to fulfill the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (the international standard that stipulates the need for a quality management system [QMS]) (ISO, 2015). The employees will receive support and training that will enable them to understand the role of a quality management system and the effective and relevant responsibility towards making the company prosperous. By adopting a centralized organizational culture, the company will optimize workers to accomplish creative and innovative behaviors essential in maintaining technological innovation that forms the basis of the company. The company culture will empower the workers to be result-oriented and contribute to the fashion industry’s growth. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is crucial, and the firm is committed to the noble task. The fashion entity will give back to society through product donations and pro-bono work. Also, the firm will endeavour to follow eco-friendly practices and engage employees in community service days to give back to society (Yohn,2020). The company also intends to bridge the cultural gap with appropriate communication skills. The measure will be steered towards implementing civic and social responsibilities (RAA Excellence System Mastery Level Civic and social Responsibility) in India, China, the US, and all communities. Good communication skills are vital in an industry where one deals with different cultures. Communication is a double-edged sword that can make a deal/ break it and inhibit errors and misunderstanding. Finally, the organization will train employees for universal citizenship, which is pivotal in building cultural knowledge.
