The President does not want the conflict to \u00a0continue, they know if it is not resolved people start to resort to \u00a0alternative ways to solve them.\u00a0<br \/>\nAs a member of the Committee for \u00a0Dynamic Success, your team is tasked with exploring the subject of \u00a0conflict as it relates to workplace. Write a 3-4 page paper addressing \u00a0the following:<br \/>\nDefine conflict and discuss the causes of it in the workplace.<br \/>\nHow do unresolved\/unaddressed conflict lead to unethical actions?<br \/>\nResearch \u00a0basic methods of conflict resolution in the workplace (i.e., open door \u00a0policy, neutral third parties).
