Your employee handbook should have any critical sections that you feel should be covered in the employee handbook. At a\u00a0<u>minimum<\/u>\u00a0it should include the following sections (the order the topics appear is at your discretion):<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Include a summary of the purpose of the company and\/or mission statement<\/li>\n<li>A statement\/section on the culture the company would like employees to use to guide their actions.<\/li>\n<li>A statement\/section about employee responsibilities for legal and ethical compliance.<\/li>\n<li>A section on how employees can report concerns and summary of obligations and processes that will be followed<\/li>\n<li>A section on employee benefits the company provides (can include fictional links to benefit resources)<\/li>\n<li>Statements within appropriate section on policies about non-retaliation, non-discrimination<\/li>\n<li>List of other sources of valuable resources for employees outside of this handbook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The handbook should have headings and bullets as appropriate for convenient employee reading and reference.
