South Place Chop House is a “British Eating House” in the modern sense – democratic eating – simple, confident, delicious, and eclectic. A superlative Brunch on the weekends till late afternoon has become a destination in its own right. 


Uncomplicated and ever-changing, the menu is dedicated to seasonal and carefully sourced cuts of meat and freshly caught fish, modernised with continental flavours and seasoning. The cooking – led by Head Chef, Robert Stephens – is skilled and gutsy, complemented by a selection of curated craft beers and a short, sharp list of wines.


At the weekend, the Chop House becomes a social spot. Brunches on Saturday include free-flowing bubbles alongside midday classics. On Sundays we serve up a traditional roast with crisp coated potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and pert veg


Role:


We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Restaurant Manager will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests. You will work closely with the senior management team to maximise service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
