We want to replace memorization of concepts and theories and have a learning environment where you can put the information to use at work, in other classes, and in life. Lifelong learning is a skill that you will need to succeed in your career. All of our efforts are to encourage critical thinking and the “application and performance of knowledge” (Peter F. Drucker) Bloom’s Taxonomy is widely used in the academic world to assess if learning objectives were successfully met. It moves from just memorizing to being able to evaluate concepts. The management of an organization should conduct personality and performance analysis of excons before according them opportunity to work in their institutions. From the CNBC report, more than 82% of ex-cons are hired by employers because of the redemptive qualities that they display in shaping their character and focus in attaining personal and organizational goals (Mullaney 1). However, their subjection to training before hiring of ex-convicts is necessary to avert wastage of resources and duplication of work and realize the working structure of the company. Therefore, I can consider employing and giving a chance of excons to work in my organization since everyone makes a mistake in life and repeating the crime is not an option. Some ex-cons display creativity and knowledge that is required as an input in catapulting the organization achieve its objectives that ordinary hired staff. Hiring of ex-cons is a good gesture by employers in recognizing the potential of employee and filing the gaps in the firm to realize the expected output. However, the employer should inform other employees to avert mistrust in the workforce and enable the former convicts work with caution for reasonable interaction and relationship to exist in the company (Mullaney 2). Such approach will build comfort among the workforce and understand the significance of having a second chance in life to realize ambitions. Ultimately, Surname 2 offering guidelines to ex-cons avails redemptive opportunity and create a normal working environment to achieve success in the organization.
