One of the most valuable skills I have gained is learning how to design and conduct comprehensive evaluations of social work programs and practices. I learned how to formulate research questions, select appropriate evaluation methods, collect and analyze data, and interpret the results meaningfully (Dudley, 2020). This skill set is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of interventions and ensuring that they meet the client\u2019s needs.
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0I also gained some knowledge in synthesizing and disseminating evaluation findings. Learning how to present complex data in an accessible and engaging manner will be particularly beneficial.
