QUESTION:  This week we will reflect on the first module of the textbook, which offers explanations of general, fundamental business concepts..  To a great majority of people businesses only exist to make a profit to line the pockets of business owners and investors.  Many have limited understanding of profit and loss, or the value and benefits provided to the community by non-profit organizations.  As a potential employee or entrepreneur, what do you see as the purpose for business in our society and how society benefits from them?  State your potential point of view (employee or entrepreneur) and then share your thoughts on the question.
