You an athletic director at a school and level of your choice (youth-sports organization, high school, or college) and are preparing to hold a pre-school retreat for your coaches. Using the chapter 4 worksheets, plan this section of the workshop that will help your coaches participate in and develop activities to develop team cohesion and trust. This part is 3-hours long and follows lunch. It will conclude your first day.
