You will use this framework to analyze the issue and arrive at a position regarding it. Instructions Identify your chosen issue and analyze it using the framework for Analysis of Ethical Issues in Public Health found in your textbook. Do the following in 3-4 pages: • Analyze the ethical issue by answering at least 4 of the probing questions found in the framework. • Briefly evaluate the ethical dimensions of TWO distinct options for resolving the dilemma against the following: • Utility. • Justice. • Respect for individual interests. • Respect for legitimate public institutions. • State and justify your chosen position on the issue by evaluating it against the following principles: • Effectiveness. • Proportionality. • Necessity. • Least infringement.
