Likemost other nations in Sub-Saharan Africa, Guinea faces several socioeconomic challengessuch as high levels of poverty, low levels of educational attainment, the poor state of health,high levels of inequality, human rights issues, and occasional political instabilities (Collier &Duponchel, 2013). As reported by Kourtis et al. (2015), it takes between two and twenty daysfor the disease to manifest once the virus enters a healthy person. Common symptoms includefever, headaches, general body weakness, muscular pain, sore throat, rashes, diarrhea,vomiting, and internal and external bleeding. Additionally, physiological processes, andparticularly those of the liver and the kidney, reduce considerably. It takes approximately oneto two weeks for the infected person to die.
