For Part 2 of this assignment, you will create a self-completion questionnaire for the quantitative research project of ensuring that your long-term care facility provides the highest quality of care possible to all its residents. It should be a patient survey that consists of questions that cover a range of topics, including the quality of care provided, the satisfaction of basic needs such as food and hygiene, the cleanliness of the facility, the communication and respect shown by staff members, and the activities provided to residents.
